Quary:
What's in there? Here are some of the pictures from a walk we took with our friend Larry up at the Quary. It was an interesting place, that's for sure.
It was very pretty and a little spooky in some places. It was very cool in there. When you walked past the front entrances you could feel the cool air shooting out of the caves. It made me shiver!
That's Doug walking around inside of the Quary. It was much darker in there than this ... I adjusted the photo.
Here's a view from the outside. Notice how you can see all the way through to the other side. I thought that made an interesting photo.
Yes, it was dark in there.

Great pictures you took of the quarry, Ava! I've been there once and look forward to returning sometime. It would be a nice source of free air conditioning to escape this sweltering weather we've been having.
