A Drive:
We went for a drive last weekend and here are some of the things that I saw:
I've said it many times ...
You can't live in Illinois and not see corn.
Here's some of the corn I saw on our drive.
I don't know if you can see the beauty in it,
But I thought this golden field was beautiful.
And here's a shot of the sky that day.
And last, but not least ...
Here's a barn that we found along the road side.
We noticed that it has glass in the window of the loft.
On this particular day we saw several barns with glass windows.
I found that unusual.
Most of the barns I've seen have just plain windows without glass
with shutter that you can close.
Some don't even have shutters.
