Chandler is so sweet and tiny. My cherry tree was loaded this year and me and the birds got to eat quite a few of them...while they lasted. I don't mind sharing with the birds, but for some reason they don't ever bother my raspberries.
Hello Ava ~~ Your family photos are lovely. You forget just how tiny newborns are. I am glad you had time with family, it's the best of times.

Hi Pasadena! I love raspberries! We were going to buy some blackberries at the grocery store ... until we saw how much they were! We'll have to go to farmer's market instead.

I love cherries.. and any berries... I miss living in South New Zealand where we used to pick them every summer.
We used to pick blackberries at 5:30 in the morning ... strawberries too. That way you were done before the terrible heat set in. I always complained about getting up at 4:30 to go ... but sure loved eating the berries!!!
