General:
Happy 4th of July to everyone!
I just took it easy today. My lupus flare is getting better, but still couldn't work my hands very well. Couldn't play any of my instruments ... hurt too badly. I'm hoping to do some more recording tomorrow if my hands are up to it.
I watched movies today.

For dinner we had grilled pork chops, corn on the cob and twice baked baked potatoes. Mmmmmm!!!!! Then we had Triple Bypass Brownies with icecream on the side for dessert.
Oh my gosh! To say it was good doesn't even describe it.

I liked seeing the rest of your Memorial Day party pictures and it sounded like you had a very relaxing 4th of July with GREAT food.
Jimmy & I spent yesterday celebrating with my daughter Suzanne and husband Ray and my grandson Matt and his wife Tori...Matt passed his State Board EMT exams and is now a Nationally Certified EMT.
And today was spent celebrating the 4th of July with my son Brian and his wife Reva and my grandson Brandon.
