Music
Sondra and I played music in Hannibal Saturday and Sunday (today).
There were tons of people on Saturday and we were a big hit. The people were a little more sparse today, but they still loved us!!!!
I found out that working on the street two days in a row is exhausting! We got really hot today but it wasn't so bad yesterday. However, we were both still tired from yesterday before we even started today!!! Awww ... we'll toughen up!!!!
One little girl posed with us for a picture. She plays guitar and drums. She had just purchased a harmonica which she was planning to learn to play. I think she was six or seven.
One little boy danced on the sidewalk while we were playing.
Someone offered us a job ... I'm supposed to call about it tomorrow.
Lots of people smiled and waved.
I'm glad we decided to do this because I am having a lot of fun with it.
After a nap, a shower, lots of water and a good meal ... I've come back to life. Heat exhaustion is rough!!!!!
