Quincy Session at La Gondola

Well, the weather held out enough for me to get where I was going last night.
I was worried there for a little while.
But it turned out okay.

We had a great session at La Gondola.
The Red Wing motorcycle club was there for dinner.
This was the second time they've come and stayed to listen to us play.
We like it when they are there because there is thunderous applause when we finish a song.
It's great!!!!!!

We were a small session but still played great music.
The players were Lisa on fiddle, Dave on guitar, Rae on drum, Tony on whistle and me on fiddle.
Andrew and Sondra came for a little bit.
Andrew played drum, fiddle and bouzouki.
Sondra played bouzouki and guitar.

Well, if you could see me right now,
You would laugh.
I'm sitting here at the computer making this entry ...
wearing my banjo around my neck!!!
Hey,
what can I say!
Benny the Banjo was lonely and wanted to play a few tunes.
We played one ... Girl I Left Behind ...
only to find out that my fingers are still sore from sessions last night.
Poor Benny!
