Quotes: Opportunity:

There is a tide in the affairs of men,
Which, taken at the flood, leads on to fortune;
Omitted, all the voyage of their life
Is bound in shallows and in miseries.
We must take the current when it serves,
Or lose our ventures."

William Shakespeare

Comments:
I never know what to expect over here.

Now we have Julius Caesar.

Neat.

Surprise!!!!

I like that quote...it says a lot about the paths we choose to take in life.

I stayed in the shallows (so to speak) for most of my life and then at 44 I decided to go into the deep water and explore what adventures life had in store for me.

For me it was 38 ... when the nest became empty!

Hello Ava ~~ Great quotation and you do keep us guessing. Love the photos of buildings and the barns. You have a good amount of teaching in your week
so we should have lots of budding musicians coming on.Thanks for your comments and have a great weekend.
Take care, Merle.
