Mmmmm ....



I was just over at Merle's blog and she was talking about potato cakes.
Oh my gosh!
I love those things!
I haven't had any in forever.
Well ... more like twelve years!
Mmmmm!
They sure sound good.

Anyone else like potato cakes?

You have to cook them on a low heat or they will burn easily. You have had a busy time as usual. Take care, Merle.
