I woke up in the mood for some pumpkin pie.
Mmmm ... pie.

Here are my favorites ...

Blackberry cobbler
Pumpkin Pie
Banana Cream Pie
Pecan Pie
Strawberry Shortcake

Mmmm ...

I won't have a pie done until around 3:30, but I'll snap a picture of it.

I make a delicious banana cream pie with home made pudding and everything.
Mmmm ...

I haven't cooked very often in the last ten years, so I've got to get back into it again.

I'm also hungry for roast and potatoes!

That's what I'm going to cook for supper when I'm in Kansas City again in a few weeks.
Roast, potatoes, gravy, carrots, green beans and I guess some rolls.
Don't know what desert will be yet, but we'll have something.
I'm meeting my mom up there again.
It isn't right in Kansas City,
it's actually in Leawood, Kansas.


Okay, enough of that and back to the pumpkin pie.
I'm ready to eat some now ... it just isn't made yet.
Must run to the store.
