Bird Nest
Here are some pictures of the nest of a Killdeer
that Doug and I found while checking the crops.

that is the view while driving down the road.
You might ask how we found this nest?
Well,
it was the presence of the parent ...
doing their broken wing and injured bird performance ...
trying to draw us away from the area.
So,
we slowed down and looked ...
and there it was!
